Charanjit Singh Channi, presently the Chairman of CT Group of Institutions, Jalandhar. He believes that value based education can build a great nation and work as an effective tool to strengthen the foundation and status of any society. Apart from this, he believes that growth of any economy, to a great extent, depends upon the educated work force of that country. The Very purpose of establishing Advance Management was to provide and meet expectations of industries in India and Punjab. Our Institute is most sought after educational destination for many students of not only this region but also of far-off states like Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar, Rajasthan, West Bengal, UP, Himachal and many others. |

Salient Features
- CT Institute of Advance Management Studies (CTIAMS) was started in the year 2007. With over 150 students and a campus area of over 1 acre, the institute has in its nation building endeavor, successfully created an environment most suitable for progressive learning. CTIAMS provides a creative learning environment where the development of managerial skills and the discovery of principles, concept and values are the primary methodologies. The Institute has a very clear perspective of becoming academically responsive to the requirements of the Indian industry and commercial establishments.
- The learning at CTIAMS comes through lectures, case studies, role plays, simulation exercises, audio-visual aids, etc. Interactive sessions make up a significant portion of the curriculum.
- Study of Management at CTIAMS embraces the new, broad-based requirements of success. Courses, programs and other opportunities develop students' skills in ethical reasoning and decision-making, their understanding of global and cross-cultural issues, and their ability to communicate clearly, manage conflict and build consensus. Interpersonal skills and soft skills are the explicit part of the information age.
