Front Office The Front Office Department is the nerve center of the hotel. It deals with reservations , guest dealing , information desk and handles the queries of the guests  with a pleasant smile and positive attitude.

It also provides assistance to guests during their stay, completes their accommodation, food and beverage requirements, guest  accounts and receives payment from the guests.

Food & Beverage Services TRAINING RESTAURANT & BAR
Food and beverage service and related workers are the front line of customer service in restaurants, coffee shops, and other food service establishments. F & B Service is  one of the major earning departments of a hotel and has many opportunities for the skilled workers who wants to excel their career in this field.

Food production THE TRAINING KITCHENS Training Kitchens are basically classified under three heads :

BASIC TRAINING KITCHEN (BTK) The fresher are given an in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge. In the BTK the first year students learn the basic culinary art and gear up for further challenges, which they have to face in this field (continental). western cuisine & Indian Cuisine are practiced by the students and thus they get to learn International cooking traits and arts.

QUANTITY FOOD KITCHEN (QFK) The QFK prepares and moulds the students to face the challenges of cooking for large groups and cater to wide variety of people representing different culinary zone of India. In the QFK the students are trained to prepare a variety of delicacies.

ADVANCED TRAINING KITCHEN (ATK) The ATK is where the budding professionals are fine polished to prove their mettle in the industry. Here students are given training in planning and  preparation of International cuisine like Indian, Chinese, Continental, Mexican and Oriental.  

LARDER The institute is also equipped with larder kitchen to provide training to the students in cold food preparations. The larder room gives a replica of a five star larder room.  

Bakery and confectionEry The Bakery and Confectionery department trains the students in the art of making various types of breads and confectioneries like cakes, pastries etc, to make them adapt in this field. as bakers are in great demand these days.

Housekeeping Housekeeping is one of the four major departments of Hotel Industry. Housekeeping is responsible for the cleanliness , maintenance and aesthetic upkeep of the area allotted. Housekeeping is basically the extension of basic home-keeping.  

In CT Institute of Hotel Management, there is a well-equipped housekeeping lab and a training guest room. Housekeeping Department is one of the biggest department of a hotel. It provides various facilities in the hotel like cleaning of room, guest room supplies etc.

MOdel GUEST ROOM A replica of the actual guest room in hotels is created to provide the students with actual practical training in maintaining hotel room where students are taught the fundamental of preparing a room for guests.

DINING HALL The institute dining hall can accommodate 250 students at a time where they can enjoy their meals.

COMPUTER LAB A well equipped Computer lab with  latest machines connected through structured cabling & Wi-Fi internet connectivity, and Internet facility is available for use by students on campus. Computer Lab  Provide students access to high quality, technologically-advanced environments in order to pursue academic endeavors. It provide state-of-the-art computing resources to help students realize their personal and career goals in order to be competitive in the work force of the future.

LIBRARY Well-equipped library is a favorite place of students, where they spend most of their time by enriching themselves with knowledge.  The latest magazines & Journals are available fo the students to quicker their wits.

Communication LAB The communication Lab Is designed to elevate the students language and communication skills. It becomes even more crucial in maintaining employability to existing job aspirants who may appear for company interviews adequately and being able to fulfill their daily requirement in speaking in English language.

Audio Visual Lab The Audio Visual Lab Provides the following Computer and audio Visual equipment services for faculty and students.

A tape to tape VHS Video system.
- A VCR with Cable access.
- Audio Cassette tape recorders etc.
